At Travis CI, we are always looking to make your experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We understand that finding the right answers in our official product documentation can sometimes be a time-consuming task. That is why we decided to build an AI powered assistant – Ask Travis – and we are excited to introduce it to you! This enhances the experience for all of our logged-in Travis CI customers.

What is Ask Travis?

Ask Travis is an AI-based chat assistant, a feature designed to help you quickly find the information you need from our extensive Travis CI documentation. Powered by advanced machine learning algorithms, Ask Travis offers you an intuitive way to get your questions answered without having to manually search the product documentation looking for the right answer.

  • User Feedback Mechanism: We value your opinion and feedback! After your Ask Travis session, you will be able to rate your experience on a scale of 0 to 5 and optionally, leave us comments. This helps us continually improve our AI engine.
  • Easy Access: The Ask Travis button is displayed on the Travis CI website UI, making it easy to find whenever you need help.
  • Flexible Chat Window: We developed a chat window which is resizable and adjustable to fit your preference and needs.
